Atlantax Systems, Inc. (Atlantax) is a full service state & local tax compliance service bureau dedicated to delivering timely, accurate sales and use tax returns on behalf of our clients.

Founded as a privately held Georgia corporation in 1991 by Gary Rhodus, CMI, Atlantax broke new ground by pioneering the outsource tax compliance industry for telecommunications companies remitting sales, use and transactional tax returns.

We deliver our services to an expanding industry base that includes retail and hospitality clients.

Headquarters for our corporate offices, treasury and software development groups are in Atlanta, GA. Automated processing and return generation occur in our Torrance, CA service center while sales and marketing efforts are conducted out of Kansas City.
